March ••••• June •••••: Tan Without Sand. Worked as a clerk/cashier and attendant at the tanning store. I used computers, cash registers and assisted customers in setting up tanning sessions. I also cleaned and sanitized tanning equipment and opened and closed the store.
June ••••• August •••••: J. Crew. Worked in telephone sales and assisted customers in placing catalog orders.
August ••••• April •••••: Central Virginia Community College Bookstore. Worked as a cashier and bookstore sales associate.
April •••••October •••••: Movie Starz Video. Worked as store manager with duties such as counting the deposits, cashiering, opening and closing the store, processing previously viewed movies and video games and, trained and hired new staff.
October ••••• Current: J. Crew. Worked in telephone sales and assisted customers in placing catalog orders. In August ••••• received a promotion to seasonal sales floor assistant supervisor until current. My duties include handling escalated customer situations, as well as monitoring my team for their attendance and performance to assure that all goals are met. In February ••••• I accepted a position on our E-Mail customer service team. My responsibilities include assisting escalated customer inquiries via E-Mail and telephone when needed.
Excellent typing skills and computer knowledge, programs: MSWord, Microsoft office. Can operate fax machines, and office copiers.

Have done volunteer telephone answering work at Liberty University in the office of the Chancellor in addition to the above.
