This is my and my husbands business and current source of income. I am responsible for all accounting (Quicken) and share with my husband customer relations responsibilities, planning and scheduling, site-supervision, materials acquisition and distribution, painting, sheetrock finishing, decorative tile finishing and quality control for furniture finishing. Being self-employed in the construction industry has given me a lot of experience in all aspects of construction, sub-contracting and small business operations.
I have been a stay-at-home mom since ••••• and have home schooled our three children all their lives. My responsibilities included curriculum research and planning, extensive attendance and academic record keeping, creating and designing curriculum as needed in art and science, field trip planning and execution as well as teaching each subject from pre-school through high school. I worked as a vendor for a book company called Doorposts for five years and attended conferences and often spoke at workshops on various subjects regarding home schooling.
