WORK
EXPERIENCE: Tool Design
Designed and detailed tooling/holding fixtures to aid in assembly of a variety
of military ordinance and pre-tested/inspected prior to production.
Redesigned existing tooling/holding fixtures to increase productivity by

Gage Design
Responsible for designing close tolerance gages and comparator

prior to their release.
Trained inspectors (hands-on) for correct procedure of gage use

U.S. and Foreign Military Agencies.•••••Test Fixture Design
Designed transportation vibration, jolt and jumble product adapter
fixtures, test chambers for salt spray and high humidity. Redesigned
function / non-function air actuated test gun for anti-tank/personnel
mine activation requirements.••••• Research and Development
Promoted to Junior Design Engineer. Assisted in redesign to develop
a more reliable mine system. Redesigned existing parts and created
temporary fixtures to test tooling concepts. Maintained a teamwork
attitude with vendors supplying prototype samples and directed all
