Led the effort to migrate the back office ERP applications to web facing applications pioneering the use of WebSphere, XML and Java. We were one of the first ERP vendors
to move to the web using Websphere. This effort gave Infinium a competitive advantage
and a technical leadership position in the marketplace.
Lead architect for Infinium e-business Solutions. These were the first Lotus Applications integrated to ERP applications and enabled Infinium to be a leader in the implementation of collaborative self-service functionality into ERP systems.

new technologies, negotiating and bringing to closure third party business and technical relationships.

Product Development Manager
As member of original development team at Infinium I was responsible for the architecture and development of key underlying technology frameworks to support for all systems. This allowed us to quickly develop and implement our systems.
Developed a suite of internal tools used to automate the migration of our applications from the IBM System ••••• to the AS/••••• This enabled us to be one of the first software vendors available on the new IBM systems.
Responsible for leading the re-engineering of the Accounts Payable product line including designing and implementing an advanced tax-reporting module for statutory reporting. This resulted in markedly improved performance, reduction of processing time and very high customer satisfaction.
Developed a seamless upgrade path from all prior releases from all platforms. Supervised the development, documentation, and QA team.
