Duties: I had been testing SEPDC (Secondary Electrical Power Distribution Systems) for A••••• aircraft; the full system included 8 SPDBs and PDMI (maintenance Interface) units. My job was to connect the communication and power cables, cooling system, data acquisition system test functionality prior to conducting the tests. The test procedure was followed and based on these procedures results were documented. FRACA (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System) was used to report. All of these tests involved a team of two at least a system tester and technician with engineers involve over looking as well as project engineers making sure to resolve any issues in timely manner. There were many test equipments were used including Altitude, temperature chambers Scopes DVMs, voltage and current probes.

Duties: I was constructing various PLC test panels for testing automotive switches and relays. As new and proto type parts were designed. I had to work close to test lab supervisor and the engineers in order to conduct tests understand procedures, schematics. Also prepare harnesses, mechanical requirements and set up test. All the observations and results were put in the reports.

I used vibration machines various load systems PLC controlled hydraulic systems, oscilloscopes measurement equipments.
