Standardized all the tooling and fixturing on the CNC equipment to increase flexibility. Facilitated the continuous improvement team that focused on setup reduction and total quality management.

&#•••••; Facilitated a plant re-organization in order to reduce inventory, lead-times and changeovers whitest implementing continuous improvement manufacturing techniques such as kanban and poke-a-yoke.
