ENGINEERING
Developed Microsoft Access database for validation of large, non-uniform air monitoring data sets from four monitoring sites in Denver for processing and upload to US EPA Air Quality System (AQS) database. Including carbon monoxide, black carbon, ozone, carbonyl, and volatile organic analytes. Standard weather parameters for times matching the monitoring data were loaded to the database such as temperature, wind speed, wind direction, mixing height, and solar radiation. Several queries were written to extract data in formats conducive to data analysis.
Interpreted laws and state regulations for stormwater laws based on SIC codes, and for drilling and maintaining test wells.
Created program to check accuracy of NPDES sampling data entry in Lotus spreadsheets, and flag exceedances of permit value events.
Quality control inspection on the construction of residential homes.
