SPECIFIC BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE
Thirty years of varied experience in electrical engineering and range operations.
RADAR: Analyze radar data for accuracy and system performance; Lead radar engineers responsible for generating radar data products for metrics, signature, and post mission performance; Develop and maintain radar bias model; Analyze and update radar calibration values; Develop and implement depot level maintenance program for precision tracking radars; Troubleshoot and fix system related hardware and software problems;
ELECTRONIC WARFARE: Calibrate
RADAR: Develop specification requirements for megawatt solid-state modulator to replace existing legacy radar transmitter; implement installation at five locations, provide training, troubleshooting, and repair experience to site technicians; waveguide design and installation at remote sites;
ELECTRONIC WARFARE: CEESIM Signal Generator integration into TWTA amplifiers at fixed sites at PMRF; Antenna specification and integration into threat simulator system, specification and integration of signal generators, magnetrons and maintain fixed site and mobile systems; analyze and implement free space loss models for determining maximum operational distances; establish requirements for optimizing locations to effectively stimulate warships in Pearl Harbor and PMRF operational ranges; specification of operational equipment for frequency interference control systems at PMRF and Pearl Harbor.
