Duties: Oversee all aspects of the medical staffing department for the Southern WV Region. Responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new employees to work in our contracted facilities. I am also responsible for negotiating contracts with prospective clients. Oversee all aspects of marketing and advertising for my region to gain new clients and employees. I work with the facilities to fill staffing needs with my staff as they arise.
