&#•••••; Answer incoming call from different units of the hospital for charts. Sign out the chart by using AS••••• hospital system.
&#•••••; Pick up discharges before •••••:••••• midnight. Make folders for each chart and sign in charts in the hospital system. Sign in any straggler charts that were picked up with the discharges.
&#•••••; Pull charts from perm and combine in new charts if needed. Take dictation reports to the units and put in-patients charts.
&#•••••; Copy TCU/Rehab charts for patients that are being transferred .
&#•••••; Take nursing unit census to the ER before •••••:•••••pm each night.

Turn in application to the Department of Human Services.
&#•••••; Visited patients in their homes to get necessary information to complete the patients application. Sometimes schedule appointments with patients to come by the office to complete paper work.
&#•••••; Note each account in AS••••• hospital system. Follow up each account in the system every thirty days. Follow the account until the patient is approved for Medicaid or disability. When the patient is approved for medicaid or Disability. let the financial counselor know so the hospital can be paid for that account.
