Managed funding for sub-contractors requirements and submitted Requests for Quotation (RFQ) as required. Then submitted and filed the reviewed RFQ and submitted a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for approval by Procurement manager.
Built the appropriate style of Procurement Documents for filing. The BPO authorized the sub-contractor to perform test, teardown, evaluation, and repair in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) contained in the basic purchase order.
When the repair evaluation determined the cost would exceed the base award value and upon negotiation of an agreement of the parties, I prepared and issued amendments to the Basic Purchase Order Release (BPOR) and made amended document distribution.
