PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

EMERALD LAWN AND LANDSCAPING ••••• present
Crew leader/Manager

On a daily basis I am in charge of running a ••••• man lawn mowing crew. We are responsible for maintaining anywhere from ••••• properties depending on the day. This includes residential and commercial.

Achievements
For the past 4 years during the winter months, it has been my responsibility to manage our Warren, Mi branch. My duties were to interview and hire all employees and to keep track of all our equipment. This included ••••• vehicles, 2 skid steers, ••••• workers and 8 subcontractors. On an average snow event it was my responsibility to coordinate all tasks that were required to be done and take care of all the work performed sheets so that billing could take place. I also kept track of all employee and contractor work times so they were able to get paid. During these winter months my branch grossed anywhere from $•••••,•••••$•••••,••••• Obviously the weather is major factor in these dollar amounts but my ability to delegate and perform services in a timely fashion also plays a major role.

This past ••••• winter my wife and I decided to start our own snow plowing company. We operate this company out of our home and mainly work in Genesee County. I did all of the bidding of jobs and she was a responsible for all of the billing. With me being in Warren most of the winter we decided to hire a driver to operate our truck for us. I am proud to say that it worked out very well for us and are looking forward to our business grown over the years
