Welding with stick, carbon arc, MIG, TIG, oxyacetylene, and spot welders as well as cutting with oxyacetylene and plasma torches.
Quality control of welds and product, including Manual and Phased Array ultrasound testing.

Inspected circumferencial and butt welds on rims and bead bands.
Designed and built assembly and other tools on occasion.

Manually machined parts for Boeing Dreamliner tooling, some
tooling, and did occasional machine repair.
VSM Medtech Ltd.
Machined components for magnetoencephalography (MEG) scanners from hand laid epoxy/fiberglas, epoxy/quartz fiber, G•••••, metals, Macor, Amalgon, and plastics.
Designed and built numerous fixtures to facilitate production of above components.
Overhauled machines as necessary to improve performance. Worked with the engineering department on special projects.

Machining, Tool & Die making, CNC programming and operation for both Okuma big bore lathe and Bridgeport ••••• vertical mill.
Research and development, streamlining production, and machine maintenance.
Also set up and operated manual lathe, vertical mill, turret lathe, and surface grinder.
