Managed Oilfield tool manufacturing facility as a Quality Control & Safety Manager. Establish API Certification Program through Internal and API audits. Set facility departmental Work Procedures to API Q1 & 8C Specification along with ISO ••••• & ISO/TS ••••• requirements. Maintained calibration certificates, NCRs, Corrective Actions, and Inspection Documentation as a Management Representative. 6/•••••/••••• Aerotek Energy Services Houston Tx. Turbine Tech. I worked as a contractor to the Wood Group Company (light industrial turbine) thorough Aerotech Energy Services. Work from a back log of Solar turbine units. Saturn, Taurus and Centaur C•••••, C•••••, C••••• and C••••• Overhauled turbine engines with inspections that involved visual, plus dimensional with record keeping. Checking rotors, casings, liners, all components of a turbine. Likewise the same tolerances and procedures were used in the reassemble of the turbine. Finally the turbine than is installed in a test cell to a dino and tested.

4/••••• 6/••••• Dresser Rand (Leading Edge Turbine Technologies) Houston Tx. Turbine Tech. Have experience with working on Frame 3,5,7, ••••• and various other gas turbines and compressors. Work included detailed inspections and photographs of incoming equipment. Followed by a thorough disassembly and record documentation of dimensional and runouts checks of different gas turbine components with tolerances of ••••• Reassemblies of these turbines and compressors were conducted under the same close tolerances as required by Dresser Rand and the OEM. Also worked on some V•••••, V•••••, V••••• centrifugal compressors. Returned bearing journals. Disassembled compressor and turbine wheels and blades to get ready for reassembly that would be followed up with balancing and runout checks.

2/••••• 7/••••• Al Hoty Est. Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Industrial Mechanical Instructor Contracted to teach at Saudi Aramco in their Training and Career Development Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for teaching mechanical rotating equipment in a variety of industrial cases which included pumps, compressors to turbines, etc. These classes covered levels of training from the most basic to the advance courses. Curriculum topics covered safety, tool usages, identification of equipment and component parts and their functions, with proper teachings of equipment specification settings and procedures of disassembly and assembly of a wide variety of rotating equipment. Skills taught included identifying with total understanding of precision tools, and machine shop equipment and tooling. This involved field with in shop and classroom inspections. These courses covered field diagnostic troubleshooting with equipment component failure recognition. Due to the curriculum levels being taught, the student attendance ranged from engineers to Aramco plant employees

Maintenance Millwright Contracted to RPM services of Houston TX to do a maintenance contract at Sterling Chemical in Texas City to fill in for union plant personal that were locked out by Sterling Chemical. Task included troubleshooting of rotating equipment as in pumps, gearbox, steam turbine etc Replacing mechanical seals, fixing old motor and pump bases to gain tolerances of mechanical alignments, also did monthly and semi- annual inspections and test of different critical plant equipment.

Gas Turbine overhaul Technician Contracted to Alstom Powers U.S.A. to overhaul, inspect, and reassemble twenty••••• series gas Turbine engines for a Mexico Power Company. Task included disassembly, inspection and documentation of all parts, reconditioning of parts and reassembly of engines to Alstom spects.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced maintenance, millwright, field service and classroom teaching with ••••• years of on the site experience and supervision (foreman, general foreman and superintendent). Have studied mechanical Millwright classes and attended a number of mechanical foreman seminars. Supervised the entire mechanical operation for major contractors of a variety of projects including plastic plants, waste treatment plants, powerhouses and numerous other industrial complexes. Experience also extends into the oilfield industry that required working under difficult and restrictive conditions in various and extremely remote locations in mostly third world countries that demanded cultural understanding and communications.
