Community Service Telephone and Community Telecommunications Corp., Winthrop, Maine
After working as a customer service representative for the regulated side of the house, I was hired as the first employee for the de-regulated interconnect company CST formed. I held several positions with the company over the course of an •••••year period. Primary I developed an end-user training program and supervised our training staff. I assisted in developing our companys customer service call center. I supervised the call center agents. I also received technical training and certifications on many of the telephone and voice mail systems we offered.
ICS Communications, Concord, New Hampshire
With ICS I managed the sales force and installation crew for a New Hampshire based telecommunications interconnect company expanding their products and services in to Maine.
North Star Communications, Cumberland, Maine
In addition to holding a seat on the Board of Directors, I held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for seven years. I developed a sales program that, in the first year, increased company yearly revenue from one to ••••• million. I was responsible for managing the sales force for three New England states and office support staff. I also handled the companys advertising and marketing programs.
