Sinatra (Online Sales & Service Tool) managed all aspects of this product initiative from concept to market, conducting focus groups, overseeing the development effort, designing advertising and sales strategies, and coordinating market launch. This deliverable enabled MCI to become the first nationwide vendor to empower customers to select and manage their telecommunications services online.
Select Solutions driven by a product development freeze, a suite of MCI Solutions was developed which combined existing products/services to create innovative solution suites to meet the business needs and challenges of customers.
