Objective
To obtain an elite position within the product marketing/management team that will allow me to utilize my skills in biomechanics, product testing, marketing, performance, and specific product knowledge.

Work Experience

Product Test Manager-Footwear

Test kids footwear, SMUs (special make-ups), and lower line running shoes
Enlarge the local and national testing database
Collect test information and compile it into the adidas testing system
Fit and wear test new in-coming product accordingly as well with personal sports knowledge
Send out wear tests to appropriate athletes based on the consumer targeted
Work on new Lasts from Germany. Fit ••••• testers using our last test form. This includes volume, width, and overall length. Pass or Fail the last based of tester feedback.
Provide feedback on fit and wear tests to marketing and development teams at each stage of the shoe.
Work directly with marketing and development teams to determine potential improvements to footwear
Work directly with AIT (research team) to test forefoot and mid foot bending, use high speed video, and to test forefoot/heel cushioning
Keep the confirmation warehouse clean and up to date each week
Organized our footwear sample give-away this past June
Co-location with the basketball development team to learn more about the materials, costing, and design changes made for each shoe
Doing administrative duties such as inputting new shoes into the testing system, keeping track of budgets, and compiling bills to send to accounts payable in Canton
