Experience

Maintenance Manager

Manage day to day activities of maintenance department, including monitoring performance and productivity of mechanics and taking corrective action as required. Initiate productivity improvements such as: setting up and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, maintaining repair logs and records, ordering and tracking inventory of parts and materials to reduce equipment down time, and maintaining inventory logs and controls. Train, supervise and assist mechanics in proper diagnostics and repairs of equipment. Train equipment operators in proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Manage OSHA requirements.

Currently have CDL license B endorsement. Certified in brake adjustment. Certified in MAC AC. Certified in air brake systems.
Our fleet currently has ••••• vehicles, all heavy duty air brakes. I work with DOT on a weekly basis doing bus inspections. We currently have a •••••% Pass rating.
