WORK EXPERIENCE:

A small ••••• bed hospital with a comprehensive full service Laboratory. Responsible for running lab tests in all areas of the laboratory, but primarily Hematology/Coag and Chemistry and Serology.

A small Community Health Care Clinic, I was responsible for all laboratory functions, including performing CBCs, PT/INR, Lead Levels and many waived tests like Rapid Strep, Urinalysis, Urine hCG, Hgb A1c. My duties also include Phlebotomy on adults and children, ordering supplies, performing and documenting daily controls, performing EKGs and Spirometry, processing of blood samples to send to our reference lab. I also performed MLE Proficiency testing 3 times a year and trained Phlebotomy Students from Bellingham Technical College and Whatcom Community College.
