Assisting Duties

Winter boiler rounds checking and maintaining all boilers including blow downs and water testing.
Pressure and supply and return temps
Summer cooling rounds. Checking supply and return temps

Main Duties

Punching tubes on all heating and cooling units, includes replacing gaskets, gauges, site glass and cleaning inside and out.
Air handlers, motor, pumps changed replace belts, filter, greased, and oiled all of them every 3 months as needed.
Checking and changing oil on compressors.
Cleaning exhaust and intakes
Cleaning all mechanical rooms
Cleaning and maintaining ice machines.
Cleaning cooling towers.
Cleaning Pool and spas and water testing
Cleaning and maintaining waterfall and fountains. Flushing power washing and cleaning strainers.
All dorms over ••••• Tested all equipment Fire extingshers, smoke alarms, stove,
refrigerators, ACs. Replaced as necessary
Changing balices and lite bulbs. Resetting breakers.
Fire panels simplex and Siemens and responding to troubles and fire alarms, also shutting down for contractors.
Fire equipment, maintained all extinguishers, smoke alarms and mounting and remounting.
Winterizing all chilled water coils.
