ACADEMIC ACHEIVMENTS
Optical Methods for chemical detection (Thesis, Currently working):
•••••Raman Spectroscopy and SERS.
•••••Digital signal processing on Raman spectrums of chemical samples using MATLAB.
•••••Fabricating metal nanostructures for enhanced light transmission using sputtering and electrochemical deposition for SERS
•••••Finding optimal materials, conditions and methods for chemical detection.
•••••Final Goal Of the project to propose a scheme for chemical detection using optical methods and to design DSP chip
Modulation of Voice Signals
•••••Developed a program in Matlab to transmit and receive three voice signals with emphasis on parameters like SNR, bandwidth efficiency and minimization of AWGN.
•••••Designed a communication system which can simultaneous transmit three information signals and simultaneously recover each signal with low distortion at the receiver.
•••••A qualitative and quantitative assessment of the received signal as compared to the transmitted signal was provided.
Simulation of Delta and Adaptive Delta Modulation:
•••••Developed a program in C to show how adaptive delta modulation is over delta modulation.
•••••Flexibility for user to change various parameters like input signal, step size, sampling size, etc.
