Machine Maintenance:
Took apart machines to find problem. Ordered new part or parts, repaired and put back together. Troubleshot machine making sure it ran in good order. Set-up machine for operation according to print. Unloaded new machines, set them on show floor, set them up for machine shows operation. Ordered needed parts and fixed to be sold to manufacturers. Set-up and operated Tornos Swiss •••••axis bar feeder ENC •••••, also repaired Harding jet split lathe.

Machine Operation:
Responsible for set-up of all machines operating that day.

Load all the tools that were needed in that operation, and edit all the tools to the right settings. Would also do all my own QC on parts that would be operating that day.

If part sizes would change would edit the machine to get the right size. Would change my own tooling during that operation if broke or got dull. Would also use manual machines for operation.

Change the tooling, sharpen all my own tooling and run parts to print types of machines that I have ran. moriseki with live tooling also tnm••••• as well as tnm••••• bar feeder with live tooling swisstornos with 7 axis live tooling as well as most moriseki mills as well ascicinatti lathes with multiple spindles I have ran these types of machines on and off during my career.
