RESUME

My training throughout the preceding ••••• years, has given me knowledge in managing human resources. Managing projects. Managing outside resources. Managing change. I posses the ability to multi-task, the talent to think/react quickly in stressful circumstances and the confidence to make decisions. I enjoy an aptitude to develop and deliver training thus enhancing subordinates and peers skill levels. My technique has been to lead by example through hard work and diligence. Always observing morale as a chief priority.

Instilled in me during my military career are a strong sense of teamwork, dedication, loyalty, honesty and the capacity to solve problems. Thus adapting too, overcoming and completing assigned task to the best of my ability.

I am now ready to bring these attributes to a new career outside the military. My forte is the gift to obtain the most and best efforts from those who have worked with and for me by developing their pride in a job well done and feeling admirable while undertaking any assigned project.
