RESUME

To whom it may concern:

I am a graduate of the Power Engineering Program at the New Brunswick Community College, Saint John Campus, in New Brunswick, Canada and I have my Second Class Power Engineering License. As well, I was on the Deans List after completing both my first and second year of the Power Engineering program.

I am also a graduate from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. As a result of this education, I have had the opportunity to spend much time working in labs utilizing analytical wet chemistry methods, quantitative/qualitative, and volumetric analysis. I have had experience working with various analytical instruments including: Gas and Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spec., NMR, IR and UV Spec. and X-Ray crystallography analysis.

Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to work at various jobs, the more recent being with the Saint John Regional Hospital and prior to that the Sucor sugar refinery. At Sucor, I was involved in the everyday operations of the boiler plant as well as the design, construction and commissioning of various equipment both in the boiler plant and the sugar process. I also acted as acting Chief Engineer on occasions when the Chief was away. These opportunities have facilitated in strengthening my team and leadership skills while developing my ability to work with minimal supervision as well as reinforcing my interpersonal and customer relations skills. In addition to my power engineering background, my work experience includes working in a warehouse operating forklifts and maintaining stock counts, sales, merchandising, customer service and company relations roles. These experiences coupled with my education have aided in developing my mechanical aptitude and my computer skills. I believe my experiences have facilitated me in developing both sound occupational and communication skills while instilling sound work ethics.

I believe that my work experience as well as my eagerness to learn would be a valuable asset to your business and would like the opportunity to prove so. I thank you for your consideration and look forward to your reply. I am available for interviews at your request. I can be contacted anytime at (•••••)-•••••.

Sincerely,

EXPERIENCE
