As Production and Maintenance Supervisor I was in charge of all manpower schedules.
This included daily requirements of what machines to schedule in order for on time delivery sometimes on daily basics. I also watched over maintenance and P.M schedules to make sure machines are in ready order for maxim output production. This company manufactured U-Joint assemblies and steering wheel components mainly for Delphi and American axle companies.

I have trained new employees in quality control, manufacturing, and assembly, presented written and spoken information in a logical step-by-step fashion that built a solid foundation for future learning, explained difficult ideas and concepts in a way that is easy to understand, and assessed learning styles of individuals to tailor the training to their needs.
