The contract is performanced based with agressive turnaround time objectives. The contract also stipulates a wide range of technical services and management support. The parent companies, Dewberry and URS, are engineering firms based in the DC Metro area with extensive experience and success in high visibility federal contracts.
* Successfully led a business process reengineering project replacing the legacy Microsoft Access based inspection assigning software with GIS ESRI tools migrated to an SQL platform.
