OBJECTIVE

CAPABILITIES

Project Management- supervise and coordinate all aspects of a fire protection installation to insure it is completed per plans and specifications and on schedule. Implemented digital photography so we could monitor our projects from all of our offices through our network and via the Internet. Produced a report on how to increase efficiency in our project management. Initiated a job report that could be accessed from all of our offices from our network located at our headquarters. Purchase large end products and material for my projects. I put into service a mobile filing system for our Field Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen. Initiated the use of digital photography to photograph stored material for billing, we either e-mail or burn a CD to forward our clients.

Estimating - all aspects of a fire sprinkler project including: material, equipment, labor, and design. Designed Word & Excel forms and spreadsheets to expedite our estimating, sales and project management procedures.

Design- Fire protection system designer. Technical illustrations and photography for computer operator and user guides including schematic and hardware drawings. Design and produced calendars for corporations and for my Church including photography and Illustrations. Logo designs including the logo for S. A. Comunale Co.

Computers - Able to build, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade PCs. I am proficient in Word, Excel, Hass, Outlook, Corel Photo Paint, Adobe Photoshop CS, and Microsoft Publisher & Project. I am in the process of learning Primavera SureTrak.

Writing and Editing Compose, Make Assessments & Edit contracts and proposals. Edit large operator and users guides, data sheets and brochures before being sent out for printing.

We saw an opportunity to put our pipe in the air with the steel truss to save on our labor and the results were astounding. Designed my own advertising campaign to improve company visibility in the marketplace and increase my sales. Introduced CPVC (plastic pipe) to a local hospital and convinced them that they could save time and money along with having a cleaner work area. This is especially important on a retrofit project with patients being in the work area and room availability changing every day. An article on this project was also in Fire Protection Contractor Magazine.

I have Coached Junior High CYO Football and High School indoor soccer additionally I have coached T-ball, Softball, Wrestling, CYO Soccer and Basketball.
Some of my hobbies include building computers and learning new programs, especially photographic and scheduling programs, photography, arts, cooking, sports and exercise.
