A non - profit organization, responsible for pre and post construction management, budgeting, and design of residential, commercial, public space, streetscape projects within the Historic Southeast Neighborhoods of the City of Lancaster, PA. Have created and implemented a management program for the Roberto Clemente Park. Estimated and project managed the Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza and South Duke Street Mall Linear Park. Liaison between local, state and federal governmental agencies on the above projects. Assisted the Director of the Inner City Group in funding, grant applications and program administration for the South Duke Street Revitalization, PA Weed & Seed Program, and the States ELM Street Program.
