Project Manager

Objective

Achieve a professional relationship between contractors and clients on all levels in regards to financial goals and completion deadlines. All tasks are to be completed in a timely manner with the least amount of complications. If complications happen to arise it is my goal to adapt and/or overcome such obstacles. I also plan to be an asset to your company that will develop a long term business relationship.

Summary of Qualifications

I am a professional that wants to improve the business world with a positive attitude, honesty, and commitment. I have faced lifes challenges and have overcome many obstacle placed in my path. I will overcome all challenges that may present themselves within any given career field. It is my vision to contribute in all areas needed and take charge of any situation needing my knowledge and/or wisdom to be contributed. I am also willing to take direction so that it may enhance my career and/or personal views. I am able to handle any project whether large or small. I work well with vendors and/or sub-contractors. I also am well versed in heavy equipment operations and use of machinery. I am able to lead projects from start to finish handling all adjustments made throughout the project due to modifications from unseen changes that may arise. I am a problem solver and welcome any challenge that may arise. It is my goal to complete projects on or before expected completion date. Organization of contractors to meet such deadlines is of the greatest importance. Budget parameters are of utmost importance to be met.
