Job Target: Project Manager/Superintendent



Capabilities: Ability to manage and supervise all related construction projects.

Creating logistic plan and staffing plan. Managing and supervising field personnel and sub contractors, assigning task to field management and follow up with field reports. Creating master schedule and field schedules with target dates to keep job running on target. Quality control by observing, control samples and plans and specifications. Review and implement safety processors for job specifics. Documentation of daily activities and progress of the project. Identifying and tracking RFI, PCO, CO (in scope or out of scope) and submittals. Reviewing and submitting budget reports

Ability to maintain a good working rapport with clients, management, and
the working field.

Communication is essential to keeping a good rapport through meetings, documentation, e-mails and phone calls. Conflicts or problems of the project can be resolved with good communication with the field and management. Listening to the managing staff and the field team also has resulted in good working relationship.

Numerous years of experience in construction industry ranging from
hospitals, commercial, industrial, retail, residential and historical work.

On the corporate level: Managing man power for projects, writing scope for contracts, working with estimating, de-scoping, negotiation with subcontractors, establishing schedule of values for projects, setting up and logistics. •••••
