OBJECTIVE:

To provide a corporate client or other public relations agency with outsourced editorial and graphic design capabilities, i.e., annual reports, corporate newsletters, ad graphics and copy (we are an authorized advertising agency), as well as articles and speeches for bylines of the CEO and other members of senior management.

CAREER HISTORY:

Following his graduation from Georgetown University, ••••• ••••• began his career in the Washington D.C. bureau of the Wall Street Journal. He then worked in public relations posts with ITT and PepsiCo.

Subsequently, he was a Vice President with International Public Relations Co., Ltd., Tokyo and New York, where he represented several major Japanese firms (Fuji Bank, NKK Steel, Mitsui) in the United States, and also handled U.S. public relations for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp., Ltd. (HSBC).

From ••••• to •••••, Mr. ••••• served as Vice President Corporate Relations of HSBC, where he was responsible for the banks PR and investor relations in the U.S.

He established ••••• ••••• & Associates in ••••• The firm has served as public relations counsel to the Hong Kong Government Industrial Promotion offices in North America, and DVI, Inc., a leading independent financier of high technology medical equipment. His association with DVI, for which he published many articles in the trade press, gave him a broad knowledge of the healthcare equipment and asset-finance markets.

Other clients during this period included EQ Corp., Westport, CT, an international broker and trader in IBM mainframes and other computer equipment, and Concord Group, the U.S•••••based commercial finance subsidiary of HSBC Holdings PLC. He also wrote and edited a newsletter on cinema studies for the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University.
