Sales Manager / Account Representative:
Primary responsibility was to build and maintain relationships with client dealers in the manufactured/modular housing industry in order to obtain finance and insurance business from them. I called on client dealers in a four state area to promote and educate them on the financial services and lending programs available, changes in program policies and other value added services of the company.
I was a focal person for the company and made regular contacts on client dealers by phone and by making personal visits to their locations, meeting with business owners, managers and sales personnel. I reviewed pending loan applications, loan funding, inventory financing, and current business trends with them.
I was a liaison for client dealers by answering any concerns that they had and by providing feedback for them to the appropriate departments in the regional and corporate offices. Issues ranged from loan approvals, processing and funding, inventory financing, webconnect computers, collections, repossessions, legal issues, warranty & service issues and more.
