Customer Service/Retention Activities
Serve as on-site contact for Convention Managers, Sales Managers and Meeting Planners prior to, during and after conventions
Work directly with assigned Business Development Advisor to penetrate client account
Monitor and provide feedback on the quality/timeliness of all work produced to ensure compliance at or above the clients expectation
Local Center Activities
Attend group Site Visits and Planning Visits (by invitation) to NTR host facility
Maintain contact with Sales Managers/Convention Managers assigned to particular groups to inquire as to Business Center needs relating to printing, etc. and out-bound shipping.
Take complex job orders, obtain bids (in conjunction with bid centers where appropriate) and provide quotes to show managers/meeting planners; follow up on bids.
Responsible for driving revenue at assigned NTR facility.
Assist in the Business Center when needed.
Center Marketing Activities
Timely contact with future groups via email and phone calls at time of booking confirmation. E-mail contact with all in-coming groups ••••• weeks out. Identify new opportunities, while maintaining current business relationships.
Work with Convention inside Sales Representatives to promote products and services for upcoming conventions and meetings.
Provide marketing literature, web-site link information and updates to management of NTR host facility.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal departments of the NTR host property.
Consistently apply FedEx Kinkos Policies and Procedures. Exhibit a clear understanding of the concept of urgency and a keen awareness of outstanding customer service.
