CAREER PURPOSE
Career minded and goal oriented individual seeking a long-term position where my skills as a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technician will be utilized and appreciated. The desired position will utilize my experience using energy management systems such as ANDOVER, NOVAR, ALERTION, ROBERT SHAW/SIEBE, CSI, NIAGIRA and SIEMENS APOGEE. I would like to be involved in organizing, planning and execution of proactive, reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of plant and facilitys equipment. I am confident in my skills and abilities to perform my job to the highest technical and professional standards.
This trade is always improving and advancing and the proper training is the key for professional and personal growth. I have been involved in the BOMA S.M.A. program and have completed the Electrical and Illumination, Buildging Design and Maintenance and the Building Controls courses and would like to continue and complete all courses for my SMA. Currently involved in the (NATE program) North American Technician Excellence program preparing for test and certification.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE
EPA Universal Certified; Skilled in various aspects of installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; fractional tonnage up to ••••• tons. Skilled in the repairs of electrical motor; fractional up to ••••• Hp single and three phase including starters, overloads, interlocks, VFDs, related controls and wiring. Experienced in piping; copper, black, galvanized, PVC, gruvlock, roughneck (grooved to non-grooved) couplings, sweat, silver solder and welding (oxyacetylene) and multi-pipe systems. Other essential functions include: Condenser, chilled water, spray, fir and jockey, domestic water and hydraulic fluid pumps Alignment and shimming Love joy coupling and Pump and fan motor assemblies, and I have worked with a number of fire systems including Chamber, Edwards, Simplex, Pre-action and Haylon. All aspects of the service industry, including maint. & repair of electromechanical equipment and control systems, time management, project management, field engineering of control systems. I am skilled in performing in a professional manor all types of services from minor maintenance to complete compressor removal and replacement and startup of systems in clean room environments, commercial, industrial and manufacturing building. Facility Lead HVAC/R Mech.
Responsible for preventative maintenance schedules and completion. This includes major maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment and related systems (cooling towers, system pumps, fan motors, bearing, shaft bearings, chemical pumps, water treatment, repair and/or replacement). Provide technical direction and support for engineering section involving the management of construction projects.
