••••••••••PROFILE•••••I have served as a KC ••••• Navigator in the United States Marine Corps for ••••• years and have achieved 6,••••• flight hours. As part of my job as a Navigator, I am responsible for receiving Forecast, Enroute, and Terminal weather briefings which I am tasked to utilize during flight planning to take into consideration all weather phenomena that may take place during a flight for route selection to ensure that the flight can be conducted efficiently and safely. I ensure that all aircraft limitations, route restrictions, altitude reservations, restricted airspace, and load/weight limitations are adhered to when planning the flights and selecting the routing to optimize fuel conservation and time management. I file flight plans for both Domestic and International flights. I currently work in the Operations Department of a Transport Aircraft Squadron which has ••••• Aircraft assigned to it. My current duties involve planning daily, weekly, monthly , and extended operations for the utilization of these aircraft. These duties include selecting and scheduling crew members that are qualified and proficient for the specific missions, obtaining all enroute logistical support for these aircrews, ensuring that all enroute maintenance is coordinated for the aircraft, coordinating and reserving airspace for special mission use in Multi-National operations, ensuring strict compliance with the Foreign Clearance Guide as well as all DOD Flight Planning documents, Ensuring that all operations are planned and executed within the Federal Aviation Regulations where applicable, and developing long term plans for anticipated missions and required flight training as part of Future Operations.
