I interested in a new career to gain more experience and test
my potential. I like to work hard and reach my goals by the end of the day if possible. If you look at my background youll see that
I have a ruff background. Youll also see that I work for Wendys
for 4yrs. I learned that being committed to a job can wield rewards
and more importantly a higher success. for example: Ive gotten raises and a promotion. as a manager I learned you are responsible for your business and more. Ive seen first hand how to turn a bad
store into a better store. For example: employee presentation is one of the main things, also a clean business, making sure the customer is happy and satisfied by your services. If you take care of the customer and the store it will be more profitable and rewarding.
