events throughout the summer for the children as well as taking
responsibility for the children on a daily bases. This cooperation deals
mostly with children of low-income families who are at high risk of
abuse and neglect, in this I also dealt with children with different types
of disabilities such as Autism and ADHD•••••••••• Employed at Zellers on in Moncton as well as in Fredericton.
My duties as a Costumer Service Representative
included being courteous and carrying-out a conversation with
customers. I was required to know the current sale and items in stock
for the sale. Working at the service desk gave me the ability to be
patient with customers and gave me the opportunity to work as a
team. Other responsibilities included organizing paper work, calling
customers, dealing with credit cards (applying and balance inquires),
filling rain checks, and helping in organizing the HBC Rewards
program•••••••••• Employed as a dietary staff at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home.
