This included training on a suite of products, such as contact management and lead generation, which was the first generation of technical tools that were provided to our sales force. A major project that my team and I developed was a system which the various departments within a large hospital could use to train their employees as well as create the procedural documentation which was required by law. It allowed each department to select a super user to learn and deliver the training to their coworkers, and the training was very specific to the needs of just that department. This training product was extremely well received and implemented in such healthcare systems as the Henry Ford Hospital and the Mayo Clinic.
