January-June ••••• ••••• The Hurricane and Storm Damage Reduction System Cost Estimate to Congress was a project by Task Force Hope, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, Mississippi Valley Division, delivered to Congress in June ••••• I served as final editor checking for continuity, structure, accuracy and compliance with NEPA and USACE regulations.•••••June •••••Present ••••• The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Final Technical Report to Congress is an ongoing effort by the USACE New Orleans Coastal Protection Branch. The Preliminary Technical Report was delivered to Congress in July ••••• and is a study of alternatives for restoration of the man-made and natural storm buffers protecting the population of Coastal Louisiana from the effects of major storm systems. My position on the team entails editing for grammar, structure, continuity, and compliance with USACE regulations.•••••May •••••Present ••••• The Mississippi River-Gulf Outlet (MR-GO) Deep-Draft De-authorization Interim Report to Congress. This report was a result from Congressional direction to close the MR-GO due to economic factors. The USACE delivered the Interim Report in April ••••• and the Final Environmental Impact Statement will be included with the LACPR Final Technical Report as an appendix.
