While a student at Georgia State University, I edited three masters theses in the Biology Department, which included consulting with specialists for confirmation of statements within the individual texts.•••••Also at GSU, I worked as the Senior Editor for the student-run campus newspaper, The Signal. Duties included assigning reporters to relevant stories both on and off campus, copy editing those stories, and layout using Quark Express software. I also wrote a running column in the editorial section.•••••Under the employment of Greenberg Farrow Architecture, I compiled and wrote the companys first CAD Standards Manual.•••••Currently under contract with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District as Technical Editor working on documents regarding the post-Hurricane Katrina rebuilding effort.•••••Business and Grant Proposals

Aerospace engineers and business owners from around the world attended. January-June ••••• ••••• The Hurricane and Storm Damage Reduction System Cost Estimate to Congress was a project by Task Force Hope, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, Mississippi Valley Division, delivered to Congress in June ••••• I served as final editor checking for continuity, structure, accuracy and compliance with NEPA and USACE regulations.•••••June •••••Present ••••• The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Final Technical Report to Congress is an ongoing effort by the USACE New Orleans Coastal Protection Branch. The Preliminary Technical Report was delivered to Congress in July ••••• and is a study of alternatives for restoration of the man-made and natural storm buffers protecting the population of Coastal Louisiana from the effects of major storm systems. My position on the team entails editing for grammar, structure, continuity, and compliance with USACE regulations.•••••May •••••Present ••••• The Mississippi River-Gulf Outlet (MR-GO) Deep-Draft De-authorization Interim Report to Congress. This report was a result from Congressional direction to close the MR-GO due to economic factors. The USACE delivered the Interim Report in April ••••• and the Final Environmental Impact Statement will be included with the LACPR Final Technical Report as an appendix.
