Therapeutic Support Staff
X Providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents, in home, school and community settings. This is accomplished by following the goals and objectives in the Behavioral Treatment Plan. This includes, but is not limited to; daily living skills, socialization skills, leisure activities and disruptive behavior.
Community Home Counselor II
X Providing treatment to clients who carry an Axis I diagnosis of a severe mental illness. This is done by providing a family-like atmosphere and group support, assisting to improve independent living skills, assisting in ending the cycle of hospitalization and providing means of collaborating problem identification and individualized treatment goals.

Respite Care
X Develop and implement behavioral care plan for four year-old child. Support family by providing information and referrals regarding the childs disability. Also providing a much needed break for the parents. Assist child with techniques to improve speech disorder.



Activity Aid

X Responsibilities including planning, organizing and implementing a program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the holistic needs and interests of the residents of the nursing home.
