We aim to partner with responsible organizations that prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status, or military status.
In 2022, we accomplished our goal to support the needs of hundreds of homes through our nonprofit partners. Some highlights include:
- We donated $40,000 to Make-A-Wish in Utah and made several singular in-kind donations across the U.S.
- In April, we donated gift cards worth $12,000 to victims of an apartment fire in Wisconsin in partnership with Mercy Housing.
- In March, we donated over 250 items worth approximately $60,000 to Habitat for Humanity in Utah.
- In August, we donated over 500 items worth approximately $107,000 to Habitat for Humanity in Utah and Illinois.
- In November, we donated over 450 items worth approximately $69,000 to Habitat for Humanity in New Jersey.
We encourage employees to make a difference through certain company-matched employee donations.
- In 2022, we matched employee donations of over $3,000 to the American Red Cross for Ukraine.
We encourage customers to make a difference by making donations through our checkout page.
- In 2022, our customers donated thousands of dollars to Mercy Housing through our website.
volunteer work
We encourage employees to make a difference through our expanded paid time off program that includes volunteer work – Company Volunteer Time-Off (CVTO).
We identify and notify employees of volunteer opportunities in the community.
In 2022, we accomplished our goal to provide hundreds of volunteer hours in our local communities through our CVTO program. Some highlights include:
- In January, employees volunteered to assemble dining room sets for Afghan refugees in partnership with the International Rescue Committee.
- In April, employees volunteered to make hygiene kits for The Road Home, a local non-profit that provides emergency shelter, supportive services, and housing assistance to help individuals and families step out of homelessness. Employees also volunteered to sort donations at The Road Home.
- In June, employees participated in the Utah Pride Parade and volunteered at the Utah Pride Festival, which we sponsored.
- We ran three blood drives to collect employee blood donations, supporting the American Red Cross.

We encourage employees to vote in national, state, and local elections through our CVTO that has been expanded to include voting.
